Agourólado Olive Oil

Agourolado (άγουρο λάδι - olive oil made from unripe olives) is an early harvest, single-source extra virgin olive oil crafted by Gregory C. Pappas and Agamemnon Polyzois, with deep love and dedication to their ancestors hailing from the island of Crete. The olives were carefully harvested from the farm of Giorgos Poulakas in the village of Varipetro, just outside Chania.

Even though this product is produced in small batches, we firmly believe it deserves a distinctive identity and packaging. To achieve this, we've designed a minimalist and all-encompassing logo that perfectly encapsulates the product's purity. The color palette is intentionally neutral, with a vibrant olive hue that seamlessly complements the modern yet minimal stainless steel packaging, which is 100% recyclable.
